通过耐火试验和数值分析,研发了一种新的适合工业化生产的防火措施“防火衫”:首先设计、制作了防火衫;然后通过耐火试验验证了防火衫优良的耐火性能;最后对采用防火衫的钢框架在火灾下的抗火性能进行了有限元分析,并与涂刷了厚型防火涂料的钢框架进行了对比。研究结果表明防火衫比厚型防火涂料具有更加优良的抗火性能。
Through fire resistance test and numerical analysis, a new fire protection measure suitable for industrialized production has been developed. “Fire-resistant shirt”: Firstly, a fire-resistant shirt is designed and manufactured; then the fire-resistant performance of the fireproof shirt is verified through fire test; Fire-resistant steel frame fire resistance in the fire were analyzed by finite element analysis, and coated with a thick fire-retardant coating of steel frame were compared. The results show that fire-resistant shirts have better fire resistance than thick fire-retardant coatings.
