提笔之际,得知《经济法学评论》荣幸地入选了南京大学中国社会科学研究评价中心的CSSCI(2014-2015)来源集刊,感慨于多年的坚持,终有了一份收获。记忆犹新的是,本刊初创时期,我为第二至五卷写过卷首语或类似的学术漫谈,为它的推广及为社会认可贡献过微薄之力,这是想来十分高兴的事。今天我要写的,承接着十几年前的想法,即知识的开放和交流问题。第3卷的卷首语曾以“融合、交流与开放的经济法”为题,以下也可谓其
At the time of writing, I learned that “Economic Law Review” was honored to be selected as the source of the issue of CSSCI (2014-2015) from the Chinese Social Science Research Evaluation Center of Nanjing University, feeling that after many years of perseverance, it will finally come to an end. What is clear is that I was very pleased to write an introductory speech or a similar academic talk for the second to fifth volumes of this journal in the early days of its publication and for its promotion and contribution to social recognition.
