呼炼催化裂化装置掺炼减压渣油后,由于原料变重,造成转化率降低,轻质油收率降低。后采用高反应温度,大剂油比来提高转化率。虽然转化率提高,但最终的产品分布并不理想,主要表现为二次反应产物增加,主要目的产品产率未见相应增加。对此,他们决定在提高反应苛刻度的同时,采用提升管注终止剂技术来抑制二次反应。实际生产表明;FCC原料变重后,在采用高反应温度,大剂油比的前提下,应用终止剂技术经济效益非常显著。
