本研究以血糖为检测指标,观察了汉防己甲素对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠高血糖的预防作用。结果表明:①预先给予不同剂量的汉防己甲素,皆可不同程度地防止四氧嘧啶升高血糖的作用,其预防效果随剂量的增加而增强。②预先给予汉防己甲素(100mg/kg)预防组和注射四氧嘧啶后24h给予汉防己甲素(100mg/kg),预防组于注射四氧嘧啶(0天)后第2、3、5、7天的血糖浓度与对照组同天血糖比较均明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:注射四氧嘧啶前后一定时间给予汉防己甲素均可预防四氧嘧啶致高血糖作用的发生。动态观察1周,预防组血糖浓度稳定,无升高趋势。
In this study, blood glucose was used as an indicator to observe the preventive effect of tetrandrine on hyperglycemia in alloxan-induced diabetic rats. The results showed that: 1 Pretreatment with different doses of tetrandrine can all prevent the effect of alloxan from increasing blood glucose, and its preventive effect increases with the dose. 2 Tetrandrine (100 mg/kg) was given 24 h after the administration of tetrandrine (100 mg/kg) in advance and after alloxan (2 days after injection of alloxan (0 day)). The blood glucose concentration of 7 days and the control group were significantly lower than the same day blood glucose (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The administration of tetrandrine for a certain period of time before and after alloxan injection can prevent the occurrence of alloxan-induced hyperglycemia. One week after dynamic observation, the blood glucose concentration in the prophylaxis group was stable and no increase trend was observed.
