青岛邦能化工是一家大型的化工企业,由于生产所需原材料品种多、变化快,在运输、存储的过程中,造成了一定的损耗。针对这个情况,邦能化工从采购、库存等多个环节入手,实现了对原材料和产成品的精细化管理。完善采购管理邦能化工的生产部门设置了采购计划员,其主要职能是根据企业下月的生产计划编制采购计划。但是在实际操作过程中,编制的采购计划没有被很好的利用,加工数据多半是根据领导的个人经验决定。
