三倍体毛白杨PRC-APMP二段化学预浸渍段,采用MgO部分代替NaOH对纸浆化学成分、浆张及纤维特性的影响进行了探讨。通过纸浆化学成分分析表明,在PRC-APMP制浆过程中,增加MgO取代NaOH,纸浆中有机溶剂抽出物、木素和碳水化合物的溶出减少,从而使纸浆得率提高。通过纤维质量分析和SEM观察发现,MgO取代后的纸浆纤维平均长度较短,细小纤维含量较多,纤维与纤维之间的孔隙率较大,所得浆张表面较为粗糙。MgO取代后,浆张松厚度、光散射系数提高,但浆张强度、白度下降。
Triploid Populus tomentosa PRC-APMP two chemical pre-impregnation section, the use of MgO instead of NaOH pulp chemical composition, pulp and fiber properties were discussed. The analysis of chemical composition of pulp showed that in the PRC-APMP pulping process, the addition of MgO instead of NaOH resulted in the decrease of dissolution of organic solvent extract, lignin and carbohydrates in the pulp, resulting in an increase of pulp yield. Through fiber quality analysis and SEM observation, it is found that the average length of pulp fibers substituted by MgO is short, the content of fine fibers is large, the porosity between fibers and fibers is larger, and the surface of the resulting pulp is rough. After the substitution of MgO, the bulk and the light scattering coefficient increased, but the pulp strength and whiteness decreased.
