美国多用途综合性冷藏库即冷冻食品分配中心(类似我国的分配性冷藏库),一般都不带冻结加工装置,各种食品在产区或产区附近加工冻结后运至分配中心中,然后再分送到各超级市场。分配中心有冻结食品专用库和冷却食品专用库,也有合用库,一般都建在城市近郊,储存的食品进出频繁,吞吐量较大,便于市场供应。美国这种多用途综合性冷藏库内储存各种不同的食品,有各种不同的库房温度,或库温可调。负温的库房温度有-15℃、-17.8℃、-20.6℃、-23.3℃、-28.9℃等,正温的库房温度有0℃、1.7℃、3.3℃、12.8℃等。库内布置
