目的:探讨西药配合自拟活血通痹汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:将62例冠心病心绞痛患者分成两组,两组患者均常规服消心痛片、阿司匹林肠溶片及硝苯地平控释片。治疗组患者在此基础上加用自拟活血通痹汤,2周为1个疗程。治疗前后观察心绞痛症状、心电图变化。结果:治疗组症状改善93.8%,心电图改善71.9%;对照组症状改善80.0%,心电图改善53.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟活血通痹汤配合西药能较好的缓解心绞痛发作,改善心电图指标,治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效明显优于单用西药。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Western medicine combined with Huoxuetongbi decoction in treating coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods: 62 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were divided into two groups, two groups of patients were routinely taking Xiao Xin Pian tablets, aspirin enteric-coated tablets and nifedipine controlled release tablets. On the basis of the treatment group, the patients were treated with Huoxuetongbi Decoction, one course of treatment for two weeks. Before and after treatment of angina pectoris symptoms, ECG changes. Results: The symptoms of the treatment group were improved by 93.8% and the electrocardiogram was improved by 71.9%. The symptom of the control group was improved by 80.0% and the electrocardiogram was improved by 53.3%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The self-made Huoxue Tongbi Decoction combined with western medicine can relieve the angina pectoris and improve the electrocardiogram indexes. The curative effect of treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease is better than that of western medicine alone.
