汽车行驶1.5—2.5公里之后,在驾驶室紧固处附近就产生疲劳裂纹,并因裂纹的增大而使驾驶室损坏。苏联乌拉尔汽车厂曾对驾驶室最薄弱部分的应力状况进行了研究。在出现裂纹裂缝的地方,沿主应力方向贴上应变片。应力由应变测量台来记录。它由放大器TA—5、示波器K12—21和电源装置组成。电源装置包括两个6CTM—140蓄电池和一个换能器。带换能器的放大器和示波器装在驾驶室中,而蓄电池则装在车箱里。同时记录四个测点上的应力(见图1)。试验是在
Car driving 1.5-2.5 km after the tightness in the vicinity of the driver’s cabin fatigue cracks, and due to cracks in the cab damage. The Urals factory in the Soviet Union has studied the stress conditions of the weakest part of the cab. Where cracking cracks occur, strain gauges are attached along the direction of the principal stress. The stress is recorded by the strain gauge. It consists of amplifier TA-5, oscilloscope K12-21 and power devices. The power unit includes two 6CTM-140 batteries and a transducer. Amplifiers and oscilloscopes with transducers are in the cab, while batteries are housed in the car. At the same time record the stress on the four measuring points (see Figure 1). The test is on
