对于职业学校的学生来说,如何培养职业能力、提高职业技能,将与毕业生的就业成才、生存发展有着极为密切的关系。作为一名职业学校的毕业生,只有具备了多方面的职业能力,才能满足社会主义市场经济对基层人才的需求,才能有更多的机会获得一个很好的起点和舞台。那么,对于我们这些专业教师来说,如何有效地锻造学生的职业能力就必须作为一个重要的课题来研究和探讨。
For vocational school students, how to cultivate professional ability and improve vocational skills will have a close relationship with graduates’ employment, survival and development. As a graduate of a vocational school, only with a wide range of professional skills can we meet the needs of the grassroots talents in the socialist market economy so as to have more opportunities to obtain a good starting point and stage. So, for those of us professional teachers, how to effectively forge students’ professional ability must be studied and discussed as an important issue.
