改革开放30年来是民营经济历经孵育成长的30年。比较民营企业、国有企业与外资企业的发展状况,可以看出民营企业数量剧增,就业比例快速提升,据有关部门统计,到2008年底,全国实有私营企业551.31万户,比上年底增加53.23万户,增长10.69%;从业人员7253.11万人,比上年底增加666.81万人,增长10.12%。民营经济发展如此迅猛,引起社会各界越来越多的关注,本文旨在明确民营经济发展战略定位以及发展趋势,完整而系统地呈现民营经济未来的发展方向。
30 years of reform and opening up is the private economy after 30 years of incubation and growth. Compared with the development of private enterprises, state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises, we can see that the number of private-owned enterprises has increased sharply and the employment ratio has rapidly risen. According to the statistics of relevant departments, by the end of 2008, there were 5,513,100 private-owned enterprises in the country, an increase of 53.23 10,000 households, an increase of 10.69%; employing 7253.11 million people, an increase of 666.81 million over the previous year, an increase of 10.12%. The rapid development of the private economy has aroused more and more attention from all walks of life. This paper aims to clarify the strategic orientation and development trend of the private economy, and presents the development direction of the private economy in a complete and systematic way.
