在各级领导部门的关怀和帮助下,几年来,我们化工系统在开展废金属回收、上交工作中,加强管理,执行政策,1980年以来年年超额完成废钢铁计划指标。今年上半年贯彻中央372号文件规定和市政府两委一办“关于加强废钢铁回收管理的通知”精神后,开展了经济承包责任制,健全了各项管理制度,使今年废钢铁回收、上交任务实现了“时间过半、任务过半”。我们的具体做法是:
