鞍山热能研究所成立已经十年了。在这十年中,我国经历了伟大的历史转折,发生了举世瞩目的巨大变化。党的十一届三中全会标志着科学春天的到来,使科技界迸发出蕴蓄已久的无限生机与活力。党和国家对能源和科研工作的异常重视,对本所的发展起着决定性的作用。而我国国民经济的蓬勃发展和日益高涨的改革浪潮对我们的工作也提出了更高更严格的要求。
Anshan Institute of Thermal Energy has been established for ten years. During these 10 years, our country has undergone a great historical turning point and tremendous changes have caught the world’s attention. The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee marks the arrival of the Spring of Science, which has infused the scientific and technological community with its long-established infinite vitality and vitality.
