冬天来了,虽然要注意保暖,但也不要轻易“全副武装”。俗话说“多衣多寒”,所以穿戴要适度。《黄帝内经》曰:“东三月,早卧晚起,此冬气之应养藏之道也。”尤其是“早卧”对追求娱乐生活的人来说有特殊的积极意义。同时要常到户外去活动,不从事露天工作的人们更应不怕风寒,多到户外晒太阳,锻炼身体。冬季晒太阳既能暖身又能使皮下的胆固醇类物质转变为维生素D3,促进人体对钙、磷的吸收,从而强筋、壮骨、固齿和益智。
