本文利用 La_2O_3和 BiO_3(含 Tb 样品加 Tb_4O_7)与 NH_4X 及 KX 之间的高温固相反应制备了La_(1-x)、Bi_xOX 和 La_(1-x)Bi_xOX∶7b(X=F,Cl,Br,I)的试样。用晶格参数法确定了 LaOX-BiOX 体系固相线下的相关系;LaOF-BiOF,LaOCl-BiOCl,LaOI-BiOI 是无限互溶的二元固熔体体系,LaQBr-BiQBr 为有限互溶的二元固溶体体系。测定了试样在阴极射线、x 射线下的发光性能。La_(1-x)Bi_xOX 的发射谱为两个宽带,在 x=0.05~0.10时发光强度最大。La_(1-x)Bi_xOX∶Tb
In this paper, La_ (1-x), Bi_xOX and La_ (1-x) Bi_xOX: 7b (X = F, Cl, La_2O_3) are prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction between La_2O_3 and BiO_3 containing Tb_4O_7 and NH_4X and KX.
