肾小管酸中毒(Renul Tabular Acidosis简称RTA),系由于肾小管丧失了酸化尿液功能,出现代谢性酸中毒的临床综合征,常以低钾性发作性麻痹为主要症状,常被误诊为周期性麻痹延误治疗,发生严重并发症致死。现附3例低钾性麻痹报告如下:
