对于填料密封的初期失效时应尽快补偿解决,以便收到事半功倍的良好密封效果。以我厂使用的蒸煮器为例。该蒸煮器是为提高木材纤维得浆率而增加的设备,用8kg/cm~2左右的蒸汽压力蒸煮木片及连续输送(没有蒸煮器一般用11kg/cm~2左右的蒸汽)。使用情况是:盘根刚更换时密封还是好的,但只要一热一冷2～3次就开始漏汽,持续使用24h,漏汽已较严重,噪声高达130多dB,同时木片中的热溶解物也随着冲出,使用2年来一直存在经常性更换盘根的问题。
