据日刊“冷冻”1984年8月号报导,日本东芝公司研制成功电子控制膨胀阀,它有 A 和B 两种型式。该阀由阀体和控制流量的驱动电动机构成。阀体中设有针阀,驱动电动机为脉冲电机。脉冲电机的转子采用永久磁铁。由转子感应的磁极和由电机绕组感应的磁极之间产生磁力的吸引和排斥,从而转子旋转。来自微处理机的脉冲信号供入电机绕组,保证电机脉冲运转。A 型为脉冲电机直接驱动针阀型,B 型为脉冲电机经减速齿轮再驱动针阀。该阀的主要特性见附表。它具有线性的流量特性,阀从全关到全开需要240(B 型)或1440(A 型)
According to the journal “Frozen” August 1984 report, Toshiba Japan successfully developed electronic control expansion valve, which has A and B two types. The valve consists of a valve body and a drive motor that controls the flow rate. The valve body is provided with a needle valve, the driving motor is a pulse motor. Pulse motor rotor using permanent magnets. Magnetic attraction and repulsion occur between the magnetic pole induced by the rotor and the magnetic pole induced by the motor winding, so that the rotor rotates.
