理查德·格拉夫（Ｒｉｃｈａｒｄ·Ｇｒａｆ）： 男，１９３２年出生，德国慕尼黑技术大学电器控制专业硕士，高级工程师；１９５８－１９６３年任西门子电器公司洗衣机质量检验试验部门工程师，１９６３－１９７２年任西门子电器公司洗衣机试验部主任，１９６７年任西门子电器公司总工程师，１９９４－１９９６年在博士西门子（ＢＳＨＧ）公司负责研究“家庭电器化系统”；在家用电器控制、自动化技术、洗衣机整体技术以及电器设计、生产、计算机辅助设计等方面具有丰富的专业知识；１９９８年５月至２００１年４月，先后４次应邀来山东小鸭集团进行技术指导。鉴于他在中国的突出业绩，２００１年９月，被中国政府授予“友谊奖”。
