党群关系问题历来是党的建设中的一个重要问题,是关系着党的事业兴衰成败和党的生死存亡的根本政治问题。运用理论联系实践的方法,对新时期党群关系的新变化进行系统阐述,从群众工作环境更加复杂、群众工作的对象更加多样、群众工作领域更加宽泛、人民群众对党的执政水平有了更高期待、党群之间的依赖关系在减弱等方面展开论述,有助于揭示密切党群关系的紧迫性。
The issue of the relationship between the party and the masses has always been an important issue in the party’s construction and a fundamental political issue that concerns the success or failure of the party’s cause and the party’s survival. By using the method of combining theory with practice, we systematically elaborate on the new changes in the relations between the party and the masses in the new era. The work environment from the masses is more complicated. The masses work more diversely, the masses work more extensively, and the masses have even more the ruling power of the party. High expectations, the dependence between the party and the masses in the discussion of the weakening, etc., help to reveal the urgency of the close relationship between the party and the masses.
