浅谈小学德育工作的现状及改革

现阶段,我们小学的德育工作在社会飞速发展的同时,也出现了多种问题。比如德育工作者的综合素质需要提高;社会对分数的追求以至于忽视德育教育;德育工作和内容的落后;社会环境对学生的负面影响等。这就要求我们教育工作者加强自身的学习,更新教育观念,研究新的德育工作方略,对德育教育工作进行改革。

At this stage, the moral education in our primary schools has encountered various problems in the rapid development of our society. For example, the overall quality of moral educators needs to be improved; the pursuit of scores in society is such that moral education is neglected; the moral education work and content are backward; the negative impact of social environment on students and so on. This requires us educators to strengthen their own learning, update the concept of education, study the new work plan of moral education, moral education reform.
