日前银行间竞争日趋白热化,城市商业银行尤其是地方性商业银行要想在如此激烈的竞争中占有一席之地,就必须从各个方面吸收各类人才。而薪酬绩效管理作为人力资源的核心,在地方城市商业银行核心竞争力方面占有重要地位。地方性城市商业银行受制于其自身的区域局限性,在薪酬绩效管理方面还存在诸多问题。本文就从这个角度出发,以某城市商业银行为例,指出其所存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策。
Recently, the competition among banks is heating up. If city commercial banks, especially local commercial banks, want to occupy a place in such fierce competition, they must absorb all kinds of talents from all aspects. As the core of human resources, pay performance management occupies an important position in the core competitiveness of local city commercial banks. Local city commercial banks are subject to their own regional limitations, and there are still many problems in the management of pay performance. This article from this perspective, taking a city commercial bank as an example, points out its existing problems, and puts forward corresponding solutions to these problems.
