目的研究尿常规检验中尿沉渣镜检和干化学法的应用效果。方法选择我院自2015年3月至2016年4月期间收治的行尿常规检验患者90例,依据检测方法的差异性进行平均分组,每组患者比例各45例。予以尿沉渣镜检的患者设为研究组,予以干化学法的患者设为参照组,最后对检测结果进行统计和总结。结果两组患者经不同方法检测后,研究组白细胞检出率、红细胞检出率以及尿蛋白检出率同参照组比对明显较高,阳性率比例也明显高于参照组,组间对比后统计学意义产生。结论在尿常规检验中,尿沉渣镜检和干化学法的检测有诸多差异,临床建议两种检测方法联合,从而使检测准确率得以提升。
Objective To study the application of urinary sediment microscopy and dry chemical method in urinalysis. Methods Ninety patients underwent urinalysis in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into groups according to the difference of detection methods. The proportions of each group were 45 cases. The patients with urinary sediment microscopy were set as the research group, the patients with the dry chemistry method were set as the reference group, and the results were statistically analyzed and summarized. Results After two groups of patients were tested by different methods, the leukocyte detection rate, the detection rate of red blood cells and the detection rate of urine protein in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group, and the positive rate was significantly higher than that in the reference group Statistical significance. Conclusions There are many differences between urinary sediment microscopy and dry chemical method in urinalysis. The combination of the two methods is recommended in clinic, so that the accuracy of detection can be improved.
