介绍一种燃煤工业链条炉计算机控制模型.为了实现炉内最佳燃烧与最佳传热的统一,研究了变氧量燃烧和炉内负压随负荷变化而变化的调节规律,并讨论了它们与单交叉限制燃烧控制系统的配合应用.运行结果表明,该模型可提高工业链条炉的热效率和稳定性.
This paper introduces a computer control model of coal-fired industrial chain furnace. In order to unify the optimal combustion and the optimal heat transfer in the furnace, the regulation of the variable oxygen combustion and the negative pressure in the furnace varying with the load was studied. The application of the combined control with the single cross-limited combustion control system was discussed. The running results show that the model can improve the thermal efficiency and stability of the industrial chain furnace.
