2015年新年伊始,北京联通网管中心创新工作室工作紧张有序的拉开序幕。近日,网管中心举办了本年度第一次创新工作室QC专题培训讲座。讲座面向网管中心内部各三级部门QC小组成员及网管中心对口帮扶兄弟单位的QC小组相关人员。在讲座中,网管中心的专业诊断讲师为大家讲解了什么是QC、如何组建QC小组、开展QC活动的程序、QC报告如何撰写等内容,与会人员认真聆听了讲座,并在讲座后与讲师进行了深度交流。
