鲁-台经贸中心包括展览区、商业区、共享大厅等功能区,主体采用框架-剪力墙结构,外围采用钢结构网壳围合成整体。展览区是双层展厅,展厅楼面和屋面均采用钢桁架体系。楼层结构采用双向布置的钢桁架,是由主桁架、次桁架、小桁架等组成的多层次桁架系统。屋面采用大跨空间钢桁架结构,主桁架为倒三角形管桁架,跨度72m。通过边桁架、拉结桁架和上弦支撑等,将主桁架拉结成为整体。本项目钢结构具有空间造型复杂、跨度大、荷载重、结构超长等特点。采用多种程序建立空间模型,对结构进行整体分析和多种补充分析,包括:楼层钢结构活荷载不利布置分析、竖向振动分析;屋面钢桁架稳定分析;整体结构动力弹塑性分析等。对重点部位和重点构件提出专门的性能目标。重视钢结构节点和构造设计,保证钢结构的安全性和冗余性。项目已投入使用,钢结构受力性能良好,结构体系安全可行。
Lu - Taiwan Economic and Trade Center includes the exhibition area, business district, shared hall and other functional areas, the main frame - shear wall structure, the outer periphery of the steel mesh enclosure shell synthesis.
