我们做教师的,仅仅做到“教好书”是不够的,还要做到“又育人”才行,这样才能算一个合格的人民教师。而培养和教育未成年学生,是我们教师的义不容辞的神圣职责,当然,也是我国社会主义建设事业的奠基工程。由此可见,我们学校德育工作是多么的重要啊!因为它关系到我们国家和民族的前途和未来。事实上,学校德育工作的好坏,它关键在于我们教师。那么,我们如何做好本职工作,既教书,又育人,提高自己德育工作的能力呢?
When we are teachers, it is not enough to just “teach good books,” and we must “educate people” so that we can count as a qualified teacher of the people. It is, of course, the sacred duty of our teachers to cultivate and educate young students. Of course, it is also the foundation work for the cause of our socialist construction. From this it can be seen how important moral education in our school is because it has a bearing on the future and future of our country and our nation. In fact, the moral education in schools is good or bad, it is the key to our teachers. So, how do we do our own work, both teaching and educating people, improve their moral education ability?
