我营自1954年以来,已达七年之久未发生食物中毒。主要体会是;抓得紧、管得严。应该从那几方面抓紧呢?1.我们将防毒卫生宜传与安全保密教育密切结含起来,军政首长经常向全体人员进行教育,平时利用上卫生课、贴大字报、广播等形式开展宜传,同时每年还要组织几次给养、炊事人员学习,学习营养烹调和防毒卫生知识,使大家在思想上树立高度警惕性。
