近年来,大学生共产党员入党动机不存、党员素质下降、基础组织管理服务不到位等问题凸显,伴随着《关于进一步加强高校学生党员发展和教育管理服务工作的若干意见》的出台,如何把优秀学生培养发展成为共产党员,如何加强对学生党员的教育管理服务工作,成为高校基层组织建设的重点和难点。在总结高校学生党建工作的基础上,结合党员发展和教育管理形势研究,从党员发展的政治素质考核、日常培养教育、管理引导等方面进行探索,进一步提升高校基础组织党建工作水平,以便更好地开展高校学生党员发展和教育管理服务实效性工作。
