2017年是全国十三五经济建设发展中的重要一年,“双一流”大学的建设工作作为当前高等教育改革发展中的重要主题被写进了此次两会的政府工作报告之中。推进世界级的一流大学和一流学科的建设成为了当前高等教育发展中的重要战略。为了响应国家持续建设高等教育事业的需求,高校的办学与发展模式也在逐步转变。随着高校经济活动和建设项目的不断增加,风险管理成为了当前高校发展中的重要课题。因此,本文结合当前高校内部控制管理结构机制,对加强风险管理目的下高校内控体系构建的完善展开了进一步的探讨。
The year 2017 marks an important year for the country’s economic construction and development during the 13th Five-Year Plan. The construction of a “double-top-class university” has been written into the government work reports of the two sessions as an important theme in the reform and development of the current higher education. Promoting the construction of world-class first-class universities and first-class disciplines has become an important strategy in the current development of higher education. In order to respond to the country’s continuing demand for higher education, the mode of running schools and developing universities is also gradually changing. With the increasing economic activities and construction projects in colleges and universities, risk management has become an important issue in the development of colleges and universities. Therefore, in this paper, with the current university internal control and management structure and mechanism, to further improve the construction of the university’s internal control system under the purpose of risk management has been further explored.
