本公司是封头生产专业厂家。创建于2000年。坐落在美丽滨城大连,占地74000平方米。具有国家质检总局审批的A3级特种设备制造许可证(2009年增项球壳板压制)。取得了ISO9001认证证书,是国家高新技术企业。本公司是全国锅容标委固定式压力容器分技术委员会会员,是《压力容器封头》国家标准编制成员之一。公司始终坚持“质量第一、顾客满意”的质量方针,已为国内外客户提供了数十万件封头,其质量、工期和服务均受到客户的好评。本公司现已拥有Φ10000×50、Φ5200×32(德国制造)、Φ2200×22大、中、小三套旋压机组和8000吨、2000吨、1000吨、630吨等4台双动油压机以及齐全的配套设备。16000吨双动油压机正在制造安装中。本公司自行设计,研制的Φ10000×50旋压机组是迄今为止亚洲最大的旋压机组之一。现已用该旋压机组成功整体制作出数百件特大型封头,其各项技术指标均达到了相关标准要求。
