区域观察从本刊统计的数据看,2008年7月1日至7月15日北区共成交149套,狂跌100多套。上期刚刚开了个好头,有所希望,本想在住博会造势依托下,能有大的起色,没想到让人大失所望。细看各板块,临平、仁和依旧是本区成交的主体。特别是仁和的和平雅苑、临城花苑等最近新开楼盘,成为本期的支撑点。
