职工教育取得新硕果在岗培训有序推进。为贯彻落实铁道部、铁路局有关规定,做好全局在岗职工的培训工作,郑州局对行车主要工种职工在岗职工年内全部进行了10天(提速区段15天)以上、其它所有工种在岗职工年内全部进行了5天以上的脱产技术业务轮训。对行车主要工种在岗职工12万余人全部进行了培训、考试并实行了持证上岗。目前,全局职工中高中及以上文化程度的比例已经达到了72.96%,具有中专以上文化程度的专门人才比例达到了24.67%,工人中受过系统专业教育的
