近年来,肺心病与高血压、冠心病及左心功能的关系日益受到内科临床医师的重视,且有重要的临床意义。现从我院1995年10月～1999年10月收治的140例肺心病患者中选出42例,在急性期均有不同程度的左心衰竭,并与20例正常人,30例慢支、肺气肿者对照,应用彩色多普勒测定其左心收缩功能和舒张功能,结合临床分析报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 病例选择:将所观察病例分为三组。A组:正常对照组20例,男15例,女5例,年龄43～69岁,均无心肺疾病史。经体检、心电图、X线及超
