山西《生活文摘报》2008年3月28日第1版刊登了一条消息,标题为“政协委员建议国庆60周年赫免9类罪犯”。说的是全国政协委员、重庆市发改委副主任吴刚“建议国庆60周年之际赫免9类罪犯”(当时是“两会”召开期间),其理由是构建和谐社会,彰显国家恩德。不论其建议是否合理,标题与正文中“赫免”一词不知所云,想来应是“赦免”之误。
