压力容器的顶盖,常采用半球型结构。过去,对于由两块工件拼接成半球型容器的内环缝,我们是采用手工电弧焊的方法进行焊接的。这种方法生产率低、劳动强度大、焊接质量低、工件翻转困难和容易发生事故。为此,我厂制造了半球型容器内环缝自动焊接装置,用焊剂层下电弧焊来代替手工焊焊接半球型容器的内环缝。从1965年以来,这种方法就已用于生产,焊接质量良好,效率比手工焊提高12~15倍。
Pressure vessel caps, often used hemispherical structure. In the past, we used a manual arc welding method to weld the inner ring of a hemispherical container assembled from two workpieces. This method of low productivity, labor-intensive, welding quality is low, the workpiece is difficult to flip and prone to accidents. To this end, I plant manufacturing hemispherical container within the seam automatic welding equipment, welding flux arc welding to replace the hemisphere hand-welded container within the seam. Since 1965, this method has been used in the production of good quality welding, the efficiency of 12 to 15 times higher than the manual welding.
