目的:探讨消渴降糖方联合吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法:98例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(48例,消渴降糖方联合吡格列酮二甲双胍片)和对照组(48例,给予吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗)。统计分析治疗前后的体重指数,空腹血糖(FBG),餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG),糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c),低密度脂蛋白(LDL),高密度脂蛋白(HDL),甘油三酯(TG),全血黏度(高切、中切、低切),血浆黏度,纤维蛋白原以及临床疗效与中医症状。结果:两组患者经3个月疗程后,观察组治疗显效数(42/48,87.5%)显著多于对照组(32/48,66.7%),P<0.05。两组患者的体重指数(BMI),FBG,2 h PG,Hb A1c,TG,纤维蛋白原,全血黏度(高切、中切),血浆黏度均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但观察组的FBG[(6.42±1.14)VS(6.89±1.02)mmol·L-1],2 h PG[(9.12±1.53)VS(9.79±1.68)mmol·L-1],Hb A1c[(6.22±1.51)%VS(6.89±1.73)%],TG[(4.09±1.12)VS(4.93±1.31)mmol·L-1],纤维蛋白原[(2.26±0.94)VS(3.26±1.05)g·L-1],全血黏度高切[(4.01±1.17)VS(4.73±1.51)]m Pa·s,中切[(5.47±2.08)VS(6.84±2.30)]m Pa·s,低切[(8.29±3.07)VS(10.83±3.26)]m Pa·s,血浆黏度[(1.24±0.37)VS(1.82±0.62)]m Pa·s改善好于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的中医症状记分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:消渴降糖方联合吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗2型糖尿病有效改善血糖,其疗效明显。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Diabetes Hypoglycemic Decoction combined with metformin of pioglitazone on type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 98 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group (48 cases, Xiaogan Jiangtang Decoction combined with metformin tablets of pioglitazone) and control group (48 cases received pioglitazone metformin tablets). The body mass index, fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h PG, Hb A1c, LDL, HDL, (TG), whole blood viscosity (high, medium, low cut), plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and clinical efficacy and symptoms of Chinese medicine. Results: After 3 months of treatment, the effective rate of observation group was significantly (42/48, 87.5%) more than that of control group (32/48, 66.7%), P <0.05. The body mass index (BMI), FBG, 2 h PG, Hb A1c, TG, fibrinogen, whole blood viscosity (high and middle) and plasma viscosity in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05) FBG in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (FBG 6.42 ± 1.14 vs 6.89 ± 1.02 mmol·L -1 for 2 h PG 912 ± 1.53 VS 9.79 ± 1.68 mmol·L -1] (1.59 ± 1.12) VS (4.93 ± 1.31) mmol·L-1] and fibrinogen [(2.26 ± 0.94) VS [3.26 ± 1.05] g · (4.01 ± 1.17) VS (4.73 ± 1.51) mPa · s, and mid-cut [(5.47 ± 2.08) vs (6.84 ± 2.30) mPa · s] (8.29 ± 3.07) VS (10.83 ± 3.26) mPa · s and plasma viscosity (1.24 ± 0.37 vs 1.082 ± 0.62) mPa · s were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The combination of Xiaokejiang Decoction and pioglitazone metformin tablets can effectively improve blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients.
