程正辉是崇阳县铜钟中学一位普通的教师,他在平凡的岗位上默默耕耘,有着不平凡的信念:用一颗爱心感化学生的思想、温暖学生的心灵、滋润学生的心田,满腔热情地做好班级工作。 铜钟中学是一所山区初中,贫困学生多,不让学生失学是一件非常艰难的事。但9年来,凡进入程正辉所带班级的学生都能安心留下来读书,无一人流失。这就是程正辉的满腔真情和爱心的回报。
