患者,男,24岁,学生。无痛性肉眼全程血尿伴小血块3天,有尿频感。1990年12月31日入院。体查:体温36.6℃,血压15/10kPa,营养、发育中等。心肺正常。肝脾未及。双肾区无叩痛,外生殖器未见异常。
Patient, male, 24 years old, student. Painless whole blood and urine with small blood clots 3 days, there is frequent urination. December 31, 1990 admitted. Physical examination: body temperature 36.6 ℃, blood pressure 15 / 10kPa, nutrition, medium development. Cardiopulmonary normal. Liver and spleen not yet. Kidney area without percussion pain, no abnormal genitalia.
