随着我国教育系统新课改的推进,传统教育模式已经无法符合现代教学实践的要求。新的时期学生所具备的个性和价值观与以往有了很大的区别,他们更懂民主,而且更加渴望自我表现和他人的肯定。在这样的情况之下如果教师还用传统的方式去教育学生,通常达不到好的效果,甚至适得其反。教师应该将自己的心态放平,尽量站在学生的角度起考虑问题,跟他们进行良好的沟通,才能取得学生的理解和信任。本文主要从小学班主任的角度探讨了管理班级的一些方法。
With the advancing of the new curriculum reform in our country’s educational system, the traditional education model has failed to meet the requirements of modern teaching practice. The new era students have the personality and values with the past has made a big difference, they know more about democracy, but also more desire for self-expression and recognition of others. Under such circumstances, if teachers still use traditional methods to educate their students, they usually fail to achieve good results and are even counterproductive. Teachers should put their mentality flat, as far as possible from the student’s point of view to consider the problem, good communication with them in order to gain the students’ understanding and trust. This article mainly discusses some methods of managing classes from the perspective of primary school teacher.
