近年来关于教师到企业实践的工作,在国家层面出台了一些相关的规定,在这些规定中明确提出了要建立职业院校的教师到企业实践的制度。在这样的大背景下,许多职业院校结合校企合作,积极的展开教师的企业实践工作,提高教师专业技术技能和实践能力的同时,强化企业与学校之间的关系。但也面临一定的难题,本文以辽宁省为例对职业院校教师的企业实践进行了分析。
In recent years, the work on teacher-to-business practice has been promulgated some relevant provisions at the national level. These stipulations specifically set forth the system for establishing teacher-to-business practice in vocational colleges. Under such a background, many vocational schools combine the school-enterprise cooperation, actively carry out teachers ’enterprise practice and improve teachers’ professional technical skills and practical ability, at the same time, strengthen the relationship between enterprises and schools. But also faces some problems. This paper takes Liaoning Province as an example to analyze the business practices of teachers in vocational schools.
