目的快速、准确地检测出引起群体性食物中毒的有毒物质及其含量,为食物中毒应急处置提供科学依据。方法根据食品安全事故流行病学调查技术指南及NY/T 584—2002《西瓜(含无子西瓜)》行业标准,采用多种方法对基层疾控中心送检的3份可疑西瓜样品进行检测。结果分别在送检的3份西瓜样品中检测出高浓度的涕灭威及其氧类似物(亚砜、砜)。结论本次学生食物中毒由涕灭威引起。
Objective Rapid and accurate detection of toxic substances that cause group food poisoning and its content, provide a scientific basis for emergency treatment of food poisoning. Methods According to the technical guideline of epidemiological investigation of food safety accidents and the industry standard of NY / T 584-2002 Watermelon (including seeds without watermelons), 3 samples of suspected watermelon samples submitted by primary CDC were tested by various methods. Results High concentrations of aldicarb and its oxygen-like compounds (sulfoxides and sulfones) were detected in the 3 watermelon samples tested. Conclusion The students food poisoning caused by aldicarb.
