随着我国的财政职能和经济体制改革的不断深入发展,我国的事业开始社会化、市场化,财务管理的重要性逐渐凸显出来。然而,目前机关事业部门管理体系还比较简单和落后,基本上还处于粗放状态,而且财务管理理念停滞不前,没有明确的管理目标,这使得财务管理水平降低和经费的使用效率不理想。因此,实施财务精细化是适应财务管理体制和政府体制改革的客观要求。本文就财务精细化管理的相关理论知识,对机关事业部门实现财务精细化管理的措施进行简要分析,以供参考。
With the constant development of our financial functions and economic restructuring, the cause of our country has begun to become socially and market-oriented, and the importance of financial management has become increasingly prominent. However, at present, the administration system of organs and departments is still relatively simple and backward, basically still in a crude state, and the concept of financial management has stagnated and there is no clear management goal, which makes the level of financial management and the utilization of funds less than ideal. Therefore, the implementation of financial refinement is to meet the objective requirements of the financial management system and government system reform. This article makes a brief analysis on the relevant theoretical knowledge of financial delicacy management and makes a brief analysis on the measures to realize the financial delicacy management in government agencies and departments for reference.
