介绍了俄罗斯伏尔加钢管厂在ТПА50～200mm斜轧管机组、ТПА159～426mm连轧管机组上,采用连铸坯生产抗硫化氢腐蚀的耐寒石油管和天然气输送管的工艺技术进展,钢种开发及所取得的效果。试验和生产表明,抗硫化氢腐蚀的耐寒石油天然气输送管、套管和气举采油系统用管的工艺、品种开发是成功的。采用伏尔加等钢管厂的连轧管机组等先进设备,按国际标准生产该类管材,特别是生产石油天然气管线管,是俄罗斯无缝钢管生产以产顶进的主要措施。
This paper introduces the technological progress of Russia ’s Volga Steel Pipe Mill on ТПА50 ~ 200mm slash tube rolling mill and ТПА159 ~ 426mm continuous rolling pipe production line, and the production of cold - resistant petroleum pipe and natural gas conveying pipe resistant to hydrogen sulfide corrosion by continuous casting slab. The effect achieved. Tests and production showed that the development of varieties was successful in the process of hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistant cold oil and gas pipelines, casing and gas lift system tubes. Using such advanced equipments as the continuous rolling pipe unit such as Volga Steel Pipe Plant, etc., producing such pipe according to international standards, especially the oil and natural gas pipeline pipe production, is the main measure for the production of seamless steel pipe in Russia.
