报告对7例心律失常病人安置生理性起搏器的临床资料,认为应根据病人的病情和体力活动量,或注重房室收缩顺序功能,或注意频率应答功能,选择不同的生理性起搏器;同时还应重视生理性起搏器的固有禁忌证。
