自动角焊机是黄埔造船厂、江南造船厂等单位,为适应我国造船工业日益发展的需要,而研制的一项新的工艺装备。根据六机部1974年5月29日在江苏省泰州市召开的造船工业新工艺装备技术协调会精神,该装备由我厂试制。经过半年的奋战,于1974年年底试制成功了JH22-1型自动角焊机(其中有可控硅调速和电阻调速两种),并分发有关船厂和研究所试用。在试用的基础上,我们吸取了七个单位的改进意见,于1975年3月又试制成功了JH22—2型自动角焊机,该机已于1975年5月作了鉴定,性能达到设计要求。
Automatic fillet welder is Huangpu Shipyard, Jiangnan Shipyard and other units, in order to meet the growing needs of China’s shipbuilding industry, and developed a new technology and equipment. After six months of hard work, the JH22-1 automatic fillet welder was successfully manufactured at the end of 1974 (of which there are two kinds of SCR speed control and resistance speed control) and distributed to shipyards and institutes for trial use. On the basis of the trial, we learned the improvement of seven units, in March 1975 and successfully trial JH22-2 automatic fillet welder, the aircraft was identified in May 1975, the performance to meet the design requirements .
