CO_2气体保护焊是一种比较先进的焊接新工艺。由于CO_2气源等问题没有解决,使其推广应用受到一定限制。我厂焊接车间广大职工在批林批孔运动的推动下,在有关单位的协助下,根据CaCO_3+2HCl=CaCl_2+H_2O+CO_2↑化学反应原理,经过多次试验,终于成功地利用石灰石和废盐酸反应,自制出合乎焊接要求的CO_2气体,为CO_2气体保护焊新工艺的推广应用开辟了一条途径。
