一、地下水资源存在的主要问题 l、水资源量匮乏 郾城县地处河南中部,气候属亚热带向暖温带过渡地带,地下水主要来源于大气降水入渗和河道、坑塘渗漏补给,多年平均降雨量为810毫米,最大年降雨量1455.6毫米,最小年降雨量291毫米,由于年降雨量分配不均,6~8月份降雨量占年降雨量的80%左右,其它季节仅占15%左右,使降水更多地渗入补给地下水造成困难,非汛期雨量缺乏,补给甚微。全县多年平均水资源总量为2.569亿立方米,人均占有量329.5立方米,亩均占有量248.9立方
