从“木桶原理”出发,学校应该重视职业素质各个方面的培养,避免学生在某个方面出现明显短板,帮助学生实现更长远的职业发展。但现实中,不少高职院校忽视了职业素质中除专业技能之外的培养,而低年级的职业素质培养工作问题更为严峻。因此,在剖析高职院校职业素质偏重专业技能培养的原因后,着眼于低年级的职业素质培养工作问题,提出改进思路,最后分享两例常规学生工作中开展低年级职业素质培养的探索实例。
From the principle of “barrel”, schools should pay attention to the cultivation of various aspects of professional qualities, avoid obvious shortcomings in some aspects of students and help students achieve more long-term career development. However, in reality, many vocational colleges neglect the cultivation of professional qualities other than professional skills, while the problem of training professional qualifications in the lower grades is even more serious. Therefore, after analyzing the reasons why the professional quality of vocational colleges emphasizes the cultivation of professional skills, the paper focuses on the training of professional qualifications in the lower grades, puts forward some suggestions for improvement, and finally shares the exploration examples of carrying out the cultivation of professional grades in the lower grades in the work of two regular students .
