本文在介绍了质量评定与质量签证的概念之后 ,提出应比照国内工程的成功经验 ,使用质量评定手段对国际承包商进行工程质量控制。
After introducing the concept of quality assessment and quality visa, this paper proposes that the successful experience of domestic projects should be compared and the quality control of international contractors should be carried out by means of quality assessment.
